I edited the AO to keep the same values, but I reduced the quality of of it and the filter, which tbh really didn't make any difference visually, but gained a few fps and it can be a bit performance heavy. Reduces the Lumasharpen a bit too as I run at 2k which already makes the image sharper. I removed the Noise grain effect entirely, and reduced the Kinematic Blackness a little bit (that's the softer noise effect you still see even when you actually disable noise). Rudy ENB takes it for me because even though the AO is heavier, it's stronger, which to me, gives it a much more realistic feel to it, as well as with the extra Shaprness, but also cinematic feel because of the Kinematic Filter.
